Refund policy

Spree Composites accepts return requests for eligible items within 14 calendar days after delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned in a condition suitable for resale, with all supplied components and packaging where reasonably possible.

• Products that have been installed may be returned. If handling or use goes beyond what is necessary to inspect the item and reduces its value, we may make a reasonable deduction from the refund where permitted by law.

• Personalised or made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation or return unless they are faulty, damaged on arrival, or materially different from the order.

How to request a return

Contact us at spreecomposites@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the request. We will provide return instructions.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost and safe return of the item, except where the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or sent in error. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the outcome. For a valid cancellation, we will refund the amount paid for the item and the standard outbound delivery charge where required by applicable law. Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error, a fault or damage on arrival. Refunds are made to the original payment method within the time required by applicable law.

This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.
