Shipping policy

Orders for the United Kingdom and Europe are dispatched from our United Kingdom fulfilment location using Royal Mail or another appropriate tracked service.

Shipping charges

For European destinations, the current shipping charge is £8 per order. The shipping charge shown at checkout is the charge that applies to your order.

Dispatch and delivery

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders promptly. Delivery estimates depend on destination, service availability and carrier conditions and are shown at checkout or in the order confirmation where available. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Import duties and taxes

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, import duties, VAT, customs clearance charges and similar taxes may be charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included unless clearly stated at checkout. Customs authorities may delay delivery.

Address and tracking

Please ensure that the delivery address is complete and accurate. Once an order is dispatched, we may not be able to change it. Tracking information is provided when available.

Delivery issues

If an order appears lost, damaged or significantly delayed, contact us at spreecomposites@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier and you to resolve the issue.
