Products and compatibility

We make carbon fibre cycling components and mounts. Product descriptions, compatibility information, images and specifications are provided to help you choose the correct item. You are responsible for confirming compatibility with your bicycle, computer, cockpit or accessory before ordering and for following all supplied installation and safety instructions.

Orders, prices and payment

Orders are subject to product availability and acceptance. We may correct obvious errors in pricing, descriptions or availability before dispatch. Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Shipping, returns and imports

Shipping, return and import-tax arrangements are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Use and installation

Products must be installed and used only as intended. Incorrect installation, use outside stated compatibility, unauthorised modification or failure to follow safety instructions may affect product performance and any applicable remedy.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
